Admin Details

Your organisation name, address, and primary contact details. This information is shown to members on their subscription page and in outgoing emails — keep it accurate and current.

Messaging Options

Email signature

A block of text or HTML appended to the bottom of every outgoing email from your organisation. Typically includes your name, phone number, and optionally a logo. Keep it concise — members see it on every message.

SMS Sender ID

The name or number shown as the sender on outgoing SMS messages. Subject to mobile carrier rules:

  • Maximum 11 characters
  • Letters and numbers only — no spaces or special characters
  • Not all carriers support alphanumeric sender IDs; where not supported, a generic number is used instead

Voice / TTS settings

Configures how text-to-speech calls are made — including the call-back number shown to recipients on caller ID, and optional prefix text read at the start of every call (e.g., "This is a message from [your organisation].").

Welcome Message

Sent automatically when a member creates a new Community Hub account linked to your organisation. Set separate email, SMS, and voice versions. Use this to introduce your organisation and explain what topics are available to subscribe to.

Follow-up Emails

Set up a sequence of emails that are automatically sent to new members after they sign up. Each follow-up has a delay (in days) and its own subject and content — for example, a "how are you settling in?" email three days after joining, followed by a tips email after a week.

Follow-ups are sent only once per member and only to members who joined after the follow-up was created. They use the same sender details as your welcome message.

  • Go to Settings and scroll to the Follow-up Emails section.
  • Click Add Follow-up Email to create a new one.
  • Set the number of days after sign-up, the subject, and the email content.
  • Each follow-up can be activated or deactivated independently.
Use follow-ups to onboard new members gradually — introduce features, highlight popular topics, or encourage them to complete their profile.

Staff Access

Add, edit, or remove staff logins. For each staff member you can control access to:

  • Topics & Events — view and edit topics and events
  • Messaging — compose and send messages
  • Members — search and view member records
  • Reports — view delivery reports
  • Full access (Merchant Admin) — all features and settings including billing
Only grant Merchant Admin access to staff who genuinely need it. Staff with full access can change settings, manage other accounts, and access billing.
