We built Community Hub for the people who run community organisations —
so they can focus on their community, not their admin.
We saw what it took for community organisations to stay in touch with their members — juggling email lists, phone trees, and manual follow-ups, trying to reach people through whatever channel they might actually respond to. Messages got missed. Events were poorly attended. Volunteers burned out managing it all by hand.
Community Hub started from a straightforward idea: what if one platform handled all of that? Members choose how they want to be contacted — email, SMS, or a phone call. In one send, you write a version for each channel and Community Hub delivers each to the members who prefer it. Everything — messaging, events, surveys, member details — lives in the same place.
Powerful communication tools shouldn't require a large budget or a dedicated IT team. We built Community Hub to be genuinely accessible to the kinds of organisations that need it most.
People engage more when they choose what they hear about and how they hear about it. Community Hub puts that choice in members' hands — and makes your messages more welcome as a result.
Technology should free up your time, not consume it. Community Hub handles the repetitive work — reminders, waiting lists, delivery tracking — so you can focus on the people, not the platform.
We're a small software team based in Australia. Community Hub is our focus — it's not a side project or a feature in a larger platform. When you contact us, you're talking directly to the people who built it.
