A standard SMS is 160 characters. Longer messages are split into fragments, each billed separately.

Yes — we apply a small monthly minimum to cover account administration. Contact us for the current minimum; it's designed to be affordable even for small community groups.
Any member record in your system for the billing period, whether or not they received a message that month. Archived or deleted members are not counted.
You get 15 days to explore the full platform at no cost. During the trial, messaging is blocked — no charges are incurred and no messages go out. Messaging is enabled once you confirm a plan with us.
Yes. You can send email, SMS, voice, or any combination per message. Members select their own preferred channel, so you reach everyone without paying for channels they don't use.
No. You are only charged for messages that are successfully delivered. Bounced emails and failed SMS attempts are not billed.
