Is there a minimum monthly fee?

Yes — we apply a small monthly minimum to cover account administration. Contact us for the current minimum; it's designed to be affordable even for small community groups.

What counts as an "active member"?

Any member record in your system for the billing period, whether or not they received a message that month. Archived or deleted members are not counted.

How does the free trial work?

You get 15 days to explore the full platform at no cost. During the trial, messaging is blocked — no charges are incurred and no messages go out. Messaging is enabled once you confirm a plan with us.

Can I choose which channels to use?

Yes. You can send email, SMS, voice, or any combination per message. Members select their own preferred channel, so you reach everyone without paying for channels they don't use.

Are there charges for undelivered messages?

No. You are only charged for messages that are successfully delivered. Bounced emails and failed SMS attempts are not billed.

Can I see costs before I send?

Yes — the platform shows you an estimated recipient count and approximate cost on the compose screen before you confirm a broadcast.

How am I billed?

Invoices are issued monthly for the previous month's usage — platform fees and messaging costs are both charged in arrears based on actual usage.

Is there a contract?

No lock-in contracts. You can cancel at any time; you'll be billed through to the end of your current billing period.
