Contact Details & Security

Opening your account settings

Log in and click My Account on your subscription page. Your account has two tabs: Password and Your Details.

Updating your contact details

Click the Your Details tab. The Contact Details section has three fields:

  • Email — the address messages are sent to when you choose email for a topic.
  • Mobile — the number used when you choose SMS.
  • Landline — the number called when you choose voice.

Edit any field and click Save Details. Your changes take effect immediately.

Removing a contact method

To remove a contact method, clear the field and click Save Details. Messages to that channel will no longer be sent until you add a number or address again.

Changing your password

  1. Go to your account and click the Password tab.
  2. Enter your new password, then enter it again to confirm.
  3. Click Update Password.
If you have never set a password — for example, you've always logged in via a link from an email or SMS — you can set one here for the first time.

Forgotten password

Use the Forgot password? link on the login page. A reset code will be sent to your registered email or mobile number. Enter the code on the reset page, then set a new password.
