I'm not receiving messages
- Check your subscriptions — log in and make sure you are subscribed to the relevant topic (the appropriate radio button should be ticked).
- Check your contact details — open My Account > Your Details and confirm that the correct email or mobile number is on file.
- Check your channel preference — on the subscription page, check which channel is set for that topic. If it's set to email but you're checking SMS, you won't see it.
- Check spam / junk — email from Community Hub may land in your spam folder. Mark it as "not spam" to prevent future filtering.
- The message may not have been sent yet — your organisation schedules messages; check with them if you're expecting something specific.
I'm receiving messages I didn't sign up for
Log in to your subscription page and untick the topic you no longer want to receive messages from. Changes take effect immediately.
If you're receiving messages and your subscription page shows you're not subscribed to anything, contact us so we can investigate.
I'm receiving messages through the wrong channel
On your subscription page, find the topic and change the preferred channel to the one you want. Your next message from that topic will arrive via the updated channel.
I can't log in
- Use the Forgot your password? link to reset your password.
- Make sure you're entering the email address, mobile number or member number associated with your account — try all options if you're unsure which you used.
- If none of that works, contact us or ask your organisation's admin to reset your access.
My details look wrong
If your name or contact details on file are incorrect, you can update them yourself in My Account > Your Details from the menu. If you see someone else's details on your page, log out and contact us immediately.
